After his parents passed away while he was at college, Jack quit his current life and opened a store where he idly buys random trinkets.

By happenstance, he comes across some magic rings, each with a different power that he needs to figure out.

    I just realized, both Jack, Patrick, and the Random Junk Store appear in the visual novel “Quality Magic Tester”. That’s a neat reference.

      Yeah, nice catch. When I came up with the idea of Quality Magic Tester, I used it as a sequel to Random Junk Store. I never finished the story, but I still liked the premise.
